Youth Spoken Word

SEPTEMBER 27! SAVE THE DATE! SacTown Youth Nights Presents: Spoken Word Night! 🎤 Come to the Lavender Heights location for a poetry workshop at 5:30 p.m. and an open mic evening at 6:30 hosted by A La Mode! Youth are encouraged to participate in the 5:30 poetry workshop where they’ll write their own piece and then share it during the open mic at 6:30 p.m.

This is a youth event, however parents, friends, and other supporters are welcome to attend the open mic as audience members. Ages 13-24.
