What is Queer Voices?

Queer Voices is a performance-based ensemble consisting of LGBTQ+ youth and adults. Participants share their stories through artistic mediums such as spoken word, comedy, art, drag, and music. We perform in high schools, colleges, and community events. We are a FREE show available to the public. No experience is necessary! Participants receive a $30 stipend for every performance they are a part of. To join our ensemble, please contact Andy Cha!

Check out the latest performance from Queer Voices performer AJ Kelley at the Sacramento State show. Make sure to follow them on instagram at @aj_kelley. We are currently booking for the 2020 spring season!

Can we count on you?

"Felix, Ash, and Bryn were unsheltered for over three months here in Sacramento... 2,328 miles away from where they were originally from. These best friends fled Tennessee to pursue a new chapter in California - and what better place than its capital? They believed this recent change would bring more opportunities and an affirming place they could call home... "

Learn more about their story here and starting now through the end of the year,  can we count on you to help us raise $150,000 to close our funding gap?
