On Saturday March 26, The Sacramento LGBT Community Center held its first Volunteer Mixer to celebrate and thank current volunteers, and recruit new and future volunteers:
- 80 attendees joined us for the mixer, eager to learn more about getting involved with our upcoming Pride March and Festival
- DJ Lady Char was spinning the amazing music throughout the afternoon
- Folks enjoyed free Tacos from Authentic Street Taco food truck
- And folks were able to hear from long-time volunteers, Angel Bernardino and Eli Smith talk about their experience volunteering, and hear from staff members, Frederick and Collin who officially announced the need for volunteers at our in-person Sacramento Pride Festival and March on June 11-12.
