Celebrating Black History, Present, and Future.

Recap and Reflections

Celebrate Black Evolution means celebrating Black present and Black future as fiercely as we celebrate Black history. While a continued engagement with history is vital to give context for the present, there is a need for more stories and content that goes beyond the, important but often oversaturated stories of racism and slavery.

This past month, we held three powerful workshops that illustrates Black Excellence while discussing important topics such as Black Trans joy, melanin & mental health, and disrupting anti-blackness recordings can be found below as well as here.

February 28 is here, right now, today. Tomorrow Black History Month will be “over” but we encourage everyone to continue to Celebrate Black Evolution for the rest of the year and beyond.
